Toh Farewell

Yet another colleague leaving since 2 yrs ago? went to Peach Garden for his 1 mth early farewell.. first time went to peach garden and having 4-tier steamboat buffet.. sounds interesting..

 

Had 2 big tables thou we told them we had 18 pax.. beef table of 12.. chix table of 6...
imagine all are standing while having steamboat! cos the tier steamboat is too high to reach when sitting down.. easier to slim down? haa

ordered one plate of fried rice which we din expect is this big portion.. in buffet menu somemore.. quite worth..

first tier is for the soup, while the second tier is a hot plate. The third tier is for keeping warm. When you put this on, make sure the angle is right and straight. And the last tier is a steamer for xiao long bao and other foods.. we tried steam prawn too.. yumms!
