Last wisdom tooth extraction

Unsure issit cos of mini magum or i really too heaty, my gum get swollen and swallowing saliva is a pain~~ took 4-5 days to recover e saliva portion but becomes gum swollen.. even worse as in cant close my teeth.. can see the tooth coming out to surface again with split gum on top of it.. really cant stand, wanna remove it but scare of remove while in pain.. shld b more torture??

tryg to mk an appt with my dentist but he bz man.. hv to walk-in instead.. but was quite fast to my surprise.. told me tt im having gum infection.. and said me that he already asked me to remove since yrs ago.. oops.. thou between my last extraction in 2010 till nw, my gum will b pain if heaty.. but nt as powerful as this time.. anyway, less than 5 mins consultation den ask to mk another slot to remove.. but din expect is on wed (2days ltr).. tts v fast.. no need mk appt at all.. and another surprise is it costs $950!! omg~ 4 yrs ago only $550.. one yr increases $100.. wat to do!! shld juz do it earlier.. nth to complain more.. juz wan get ready and bye the pain..

back home, recv call from dentist to ask if can do it tml? ok! its timeee... bye my xmas celebration.. gd and bad as i really cant eat much even if i dun go for extraction..

2nd Day
Had my gd brkfast and went for extraction.. saw many senior citizens at e dentist, due to PG? is like im the only young one there.. hmm..

anyway, first thing is the scAriest again, the anesthesia needle!! poke me with PAIN at both side.. the outer side really mk my tears came out.. sian.. den wait awhile for it to tk effect to b numb, went for xray.. seen my xray with nice roots and e nerve.. haa.. den its time to extraction.. seems like it feels harder to extract than last time.. few pullings and out it goes.. and stitches like few rounds... omg.. can feel hw the pain and hw swollen after anesthesia eases.. tts it..

while waitg for my med, unsure y i feel so sad and tears flows again.. sian..  back home for 30mins, i feel that pain.. tat unbearable pain~ pain til mk me cry again~~ removed my gauze and tried swallow saliva, it seems bit bleeding, add one new gauze..  but..... i juz need painkiller!! heck care, remove the gauze again.. swallow abit.. at least i dun taste blood.. pop my med and 2 painkiller capsules.. waitg and waitg to b painless.. but.. after 1 hr, the pain is back.. haiz.. means tt painkiller dun work on me liao? or too weak for this pain? went eat panadol instead.. feel e nt-that-so-instant-but-fast painless effect.. juz hope wun pain after zz, which happen to me last time..

instead nt tt unbearable pain le.. but stil pain.. applied ice pack on my swollen jaw also.. well, i din monitor hw big is my swollen at this time.. cos my face is super swollen after i woke up e next day..

i was scared.. did i apply e ice pack too long? is really v scary, numb, tight and heavy.. :( scare i hv affected e nerves.. nvr ice pack again le.. i measured, 1.5cm diff from both sides of my face (below ear to middle of lip) 1.5cm is alot~ compared to my post on previous tooth extraction, ok, face shape looks e same, but this one is more squarish.. pray for me.. at least bk to my b4 apply ice face.. haiz..

3rd Day
had a gd slp.. and i can feel that less swollen when i touch and muscle nt tat tight as Day 2.. so no painkiller needed for today.. but somehow feel the muscle pulling me and bit suan.. unsure y... below jaw still swollen.. but  gd enuff~ =)
