Thurs (30/8)-810am flight set off..chk in very early til all of us sit at e last row.which behind is toilet..ha.on plane try slpg and listening to music.was kinda noisy, cos near toilet and like always gt long queue one sia..sian..haa..finally reached china safely, suddenly feel thumb pain,back pain.duno y.weird.after met up with our tour guide, sat on bus for ard 4hrs to our 1st destination 元谟..sian..journey is jerky n tired..cos long journey and can make us jump up one lo..reached hotel and 830pm dinner..den bathe-rest liao.tired.slp at 1130.tv no programs one.so boring.ha.
Fri (31/8)-wakie n had brkfast at 830. Brkfast nt bad.hee.thou din really eat much.today gng Tu Lin 土林.soil forest.was tinkg hw is it also.is like viewing mountains,jux tat made of soil,instead of stone like 石林. the forest juz mk out its shape so naturally, cool! Ha.took many pics.wif my cam n dad's.ha.heng brought my cam along,else wil be bored if dad using his digital SLR cam and film SLR.den i cant take my pic.ha.lalaa.oh ya, waited for lunch for ard 1hr.cos is like ordering zhu chao.ha.Reached 土林, saw one stretch of rooms which is like chalet type.outside stil gt small garden.ha.din expect will stay here.and more surprisingly,gt pc! So weird to find pc in room lo.den gt 1.5hrs brk.den on pc,wa,can online leh.msn?ok too.so happily i'm online!ha.but is fri,dun tink alot will online? went walk around 土林 on our own..nice place,we walked on sand and was bit muddy.and also making my new sport shoes old liao.sian.ha.den back for dinner and off to online.and went find out if internet really free anot?indeed yes! If nt,jialat.ha.even chat online wif sis for 1hr plus.ha.nt bad lo.den go zz le.damn tired.
Sat (1/9)-suppose to go see morning light shine on e mountain so tat will appear red.but too bad,sky was dark n seem gona rain.so was nt able to go.so jux went another side n walked by our own.wa,another heaven again.every corner diff look.took some pics thou no light.but gt flash light.ha.and glad tat when we able to go,started to rain liao.ha.heng sia.den back resort rest n off to lunch.den set off to 华坪.Journey was long again.slept a few tm.tired lo.online til late.hee.and finally reach hotel.weather is cool,so for wind too.den went dinner.walked nearby park,supermarket.bought orange juice at rmb2.30.den while e rest went back,me,dad n uncle ang went walk to another side.saw one video shop.woo,bought some dvds home.hee.den went back hotel rest liao.
Sun (2/9)-today will b gng 丽江 liao.brkfast is buffet type.nt bad la.gt potato,den i added some salt.hee.din really eat much.cos food was too dry.dun like.den set off liao.will spend whole day in bus sia.sian.nt feelg well also.duno y.feel hot.den went one simple restaurant eat.wa,erm,is like zhu chao.actually is much delicious than those highclass restaurant sia.hee.wa,reach 丽江 ard 5plus.tired sia.and we staying at 古城.those 客栈 lo.ha.like those old movie,den ppl fighting inside.cant imagine hw nice inside is from one small door.den gt room,den cant find dad,cos he rush to get e corner room,so tat is e biggest.wa,so nice.and of cos takin pic time.ha.was raining also.sian.cold lo.and e bed can set heater one wor.cool hor?ha.den went dinner and walked along e 古城.E place is like tourist place.jux tat building all like old ancient type.rooftop gt those dragons,etc.ha.ya,went take night life.hard to tk lo.sian.hee.and finally use my winter jacket liao.den when walkin back,all gt lost.cos is messy inside.ha.like maze inside.ha.
Mon (3/9)-7am brkfast.wa,like eating in old age type.ha.sitting on tool.ha.den head to c 玉龙雪山.pray tat no rain.hmm.and will b cold up there lo.ard 4600m high.i only wore e disney shirt,one baleno jacket,one winter wear.tats all.ha.cos i noe tat winter jacket can tahan one.but sky was kinda dark,so was praying to my grandparents in heaven.ha.ask em if they wan c wif me,ask sky dun rain heavily.ha.took bus n cable car up.was bit worried,cos quite high there,scare cant mk it.so everything muz b slow motion.ha.den took out glove n cap.wrap myself to c only eye.hee.cold leh.sian.n v cloudy.inside cloud lo.ha.and gt pathway up.so mk slow climb up.n muz rest til heart beat is stable den cont.and rainin drizzling also.hee.gt once,really lack of oxygen.hmm.can feel ears cant hear.bit dizzy.jux pray myself.dun faint sia.den try to breathe slowly.den finally reach e top.woo,alot of ppl.and also glad tat gt sun came out!n blow away e clouds away so tat can c e snow.hee.so beautiful lo.took some pics.and din really gt sharp pics from e cam,mayb too cold liao.when up there n took off my glove,my fingers immediately numb sia.ha.lalaa.terrible.den went down liao.still gt feel of lackin oxygen.and feel slpy also.sian.hee.already 1pm n hungry.ate alot for lunch sia.ha.den went back hotel liao.ard 430 den go walk.but who noes 4pm rained.ha.so stayed in hotel til dinner.heng is stayin here.if really hotel.all inside room le.at least here can tok outside.ha.waiting for dinner.wa,having steamboat wor.of cos nt like sg,gt seafood.mainly consisted of veg.hee.nt tat full or say no feeling at all-hee.after dinner,go main road walk walk.dare nt go 古城 walk,cos will get lost,as tour guide din follow us.bought xiao mantou for rmb5.5.cos i wan eat.ha.and also bought 2muffins and one free wife biscuit for rmb6.go back hotel and packed up and had a short gathering before slp.
Tues (4/9)-Left 客栈 ard 8.headin to 中甸.went c 长江第一湾.wa,muz climb hill up to c e view.and was raining,and quite muddy.haiz.learnt a lsn,dun buy white shoes for tour esp for china.ha.cos muz climb here n there.jean also dirty liao.esp my shoes.haiz.so dirty.sux.new shoes somemore lo.heartpain sia.sian.den go walk tk pics of old houses again.hee.lunch tm liao.nice sia.hee.den set off liao.slept a few tm.along journey,stopped and took pics.ard 530,reached 香格里拉.was v cold sia.need my winter jacket alot.ha.after dinner,went out walk walk.den as e rest want go back first,me n dad go walk more,den walked back see e rest actually buying winter jacket,gloves,socks,cap.dad bought e jacket v nice sia.only rmb60,which is sgd12 only!cheap like siao.ha.but mine more warmer,but plain beidge colour.hee.den back hotel,rest,wash my stupid shoes,jeans le.
Wed (5/9)-wakie ard6plus,ready for brkfast at 730.den went to 松赞林寺 la ma temple.so sian,suddenly cant drive thru by using their car.tat place nt tat nice actually.hmm.stayed awhile,go off liao.den set off to next stop.stopped few times on e journey to take pic.and can take til 5plus reached hotel.ha.e place look ulu,but hotel nt bad-still gt bed heater.ha.but as quite high above sea level,no hot water provided.sian.cant bathe le lo.but still have to wipe body.den dinner.nt bad,after tat-walked along e quiet street,den saw where we will be gng tml.ha.back hotel only 7plus!omg,so early.plus tv dun have my channel to watch drama-haiz.in e end,slept at ard 8plus.ha.wif lights on.wakie ard 11plus.den try wakie for awhile,sleep again.ha.sleep e most i tink.try to type diary also gave up.ha.12plus,wakie by dad.cos hear someone tokg,tot who.ha.
Thurs (6/9)-wakie at 7plus.had brkfast n set off to nxt stop.白水台-is one patch of stone on top of mountain,and has terrace 梯田 shape.was raining n cloudy weather again.haiz.heng is nt slippery lo.ard 12 had lunch.saw peach tree.ha.apple tree also it.and even ate seeds from REAL sunflower.hee.den set off to nxt stop-虎跳峡.In bus,dun feel weird.stomach bit weird,gt vomit feel suddenly.can feel lots of air inside.sian.tryin to burp,but cant.dun wan ask em to stop as stil can tk it.and tok to my grandparents who in heaven,ask em protect me.glad after tat i'm ok.thanks em.oops, unable to go 虎跳峡,as dangerous as its raining these few days and might have rocks falling from mountain top.den moved to nxt stop,剑川.but who noes gt one big event gng on tml,all hotels r full.haiz.and finally gt one place for dinner-at hotel restaurant.sian,cos nt nice at all.ate one bowl only sia.sian.ha.stil have to go another area 洱海 for stay.which will tk ard 2hrs.stomach bit weird again-sian.duno y haiz.again pray to grandparents.hope tml wun hv tis prob again.finally had a good hot bath,watching KongFu,slp.
Fri (7/9)-as yest quite late reach hotel,today had a longer slp.hee.brkfast dun suit me at all sia.sian.ha.but heng today du du ok.dun hv those feeling le.lala.den set off to one island where we'll b staying over tonite.den went to 大理西湖，which is last min cos no more 虎跳峡.wa,e place nt bad sia.took lots of pics these lo.cos gt reflections of mountains,houses on e sea.lala.and who noes spent ard 2hrs these liao.after lunch,set off to 南诏风情岛 liao.need to tk ferry over to there.lots of ppl sia.ha.rest awhile,walked ard e island tk pics.den saw one grp of old Aunties rehearsal dancing.ha.den we said y all old one,n no one pretty,y no ask young gers?ha.weird.den once,went tk pics on rocks,den hv to climb out.sian.i sprained my thigh again.damn pain when climbed back.my thigh muscle v weak sia.haiz.worst is gt e star star scene again.haiz.den told dad dun wan tk pic liao.haiz.lalaa.den dinner n took nite scenes.oh ya,e island gt one v big Guan Yin.hmm.tats all.4more days for me.weather nt tat cold liao.
Sat (8/9)-first tm in hotel no aircon,no heater.ha.and indeed slp until v well.hee.wakie ard 715.tot can take sun rise,but hard.came out early to take morn Guan Yin.so diff.ha.den went brkfast,went beach walk walk.along small beach,has 2 statues bathin one,but high tide til one of e statues butt.hee.and first tm see clouds n BLUE sky.ha.no more coldness liao.hee.den get out of island by ferry.went to c one small market,大理古城.den lunch liao.wa,cos exclude us,stil gt 3tbls.they v noisy sia.throughout e meal.heard tat they from Guangzhou.hmm.gng to nxt stop by expressway.today only sit,slp in bus,tired sia.sit til butt pain.ha.heng is smooth road one.as dun wan waste travelling tm for tml,we'll staying over at 寻甸.had dinner at one v big hotel sia.and stayin there also-hee.dinner nt tat nice.had special dish,turkey mooncake 火腿月饼.wa,nice sia.tinkg u all can eat ba.cos really nice.ha.better than those kuay.ha.intended to buy back liao.back in hotel rm,wa! So big,nvr c so big b4 sia.mayb at e curve there ba.hee.
Sun (9/9)-Had a gd slp.hee.natural coldness nite.had buffet brkfast,which i dun like.ha.cos nth i like to eat-sian.and buffet brkfast only rmb5.ha.sgd1 sia.cheap?hee.den went buy mooncake.den set off to 东川 红土地.weather nt tat gd,has been rainin.sian.yest so gd weather,yet whole day travelling on bus.haiz.again,travelling on muddy road,and tis took more than 1hr.damn hungry already 1+.finally came to their so-called city.as its sunday,is marketing day.lots of ppl sia.vehs also alot.damn noisy.ha.while waitin for lunch-went walk along e market,tk pics.hee.lunch tm,gt doggie under tbl waiting for food.so cute.den cont wif scenery.rainin also,sian.and also 2nd last nite liao.v fast.reached our hotel le.is new one.but owned by villagers.but so far,ok.v cold sia.haiz.my jacket keep in n out.ha.no choice.had dinner,nt bad.again,gt dog came in look at us.is female dog owned by them.hee.b4 go back rm,sayang it.hee.wun bite ppl one.lalaa.den wait for hot water n quickly go bath.v cold,shivering sia.ha.like in aust like tat.tml last day of photography liao.hope hv sunny day.pray hard!
Mon (10/9)-Wakie ard 6 to gt ready set off for sunrise shoots.but no knocks on e door,so cont to slp til 7plus,ready for brkfast n set off.is our last day of photography liao.but god din give face.stil v cloudy n moist.cant c anything.even waited for e WU to go away.in e end gave up.went for lunch.while waiting,went c their small market n bought red dates.nice wor.hee.den had potato rice,fish soup.headed to 昆明 by expressway.toilet brk,we bought raw chestnut.ha.tot of mum.can cook wif mushroom,chix.yummy wor.hee.reached kunming,went to tea outlet taste,buy pu er cha.den c slpg beauty.but too bad too cloudy,cant c.so straight to hotel-den go shopping liao.ha.cant really shop,cos all aunties,uncles,nt my type-ha.told dad tml we go shop our own.hee.c hw.finding if gt any dvd shops,but no more.haiz.den found one bookstore.ha.1st thing i saw,jay's new movie dvd! Hee.took 2,cos both diff cover.ha.no more,go back hotel,settle tips for tour guides,bathe,pack,rest,slp.prepare for tml home sweet home.
Tues (11/9)-Early morn had our 1st western buffet brkfast in china.ha.but dun expect much,nt tat nice,haiz.den ready to set off le.had lunch,过桥面线.so big bowl lo.ha.soup v nice.had pig tails also.bought some back also.ha! Nice.400g rmb20,den go buy dvds liao.ha.finally saw english movies,saw transformer,but din buy,nw V REGRETTED.haiz.at least can keep.too rush le.rushing for tm to airport.really no more shopping le.lalaa.Reached airport,rotted for more than an hr,is tm..Is time to go home liao~
