ever since my finger surgery.. den come fingers and sole enzyme prob.. den my wisdom tooth extraction.. den nw ankle tendon pain..
tot was juz blister pain while wearing my flats which i bgt in bkk.. tot will be comfy as it was the 2nd same pair for my sis and her fren.. well.. who noes i wore for one wk.. den gg-ed..
ankle back is pain when walking.. applied handyplast.. was totally no use at all.. thinkg maybe the handyplast nt thick to cover the friction?? shld be the shoes prob...
wore the usual comfy shoes for work.. tats it.. is nt shoes prob.. cos is still quite pain while walking... izzit the tissue prob?? i was damn scared.. maybe i have hurt the internal...
went google for this kinda pain.. returned as tendon pain.. and worse is, it may get worse and surgery may occur... surgery again?! remind me of my finger surgery.. yucks! damn scary!
no more covered shoes.. and is headache also.. tried wearing slippers to ease the pain.. tried to manage to find slip-in working shoes.. rested for one wk and yet still feel the pain...
in the end, went to TCM at AMK St 31 which my mum introduced.. told him wheres the pain and he juz opened one image tat showed the tendon pic.. without touching, he went inside and came out with bandage with herbs, and one bottle of med to strengthen my tendon tissue.. pray tat it works!!
and it really works! the pain no longer there and of cos the pain fear will b always there whenever i walk.. hope it wun happen again..
