Phuket 2013 - Day 1 (Patong)

our first trip to beach area.. was only worried abt the transport there.. but seems smooth on first day.. once reached airport n exit the arrival gate, choose any booth for minibus to Patong, 180baht, standard for all.. exit the main gate, turn right n walk all e way to the last minibus booth area.. someone will direct u to wait for minibus.. one minibus of 10pax.. once filled,ready to go..5 mins journey ltr, were stopped to report where we stayg n ask if interested for day trip? said no n they wont hardsell at all.. heng..

so zoom to Patong..ard 1 hr journey.. heading towards Phuket town den turn right towards Patong... we stayed in Holiday Inn Express on Hatpong rd.. is a new hotel n short dist to beach.. but abit far frm Bangla rd.. ard 10-15mins.. glad tt we r able to check in early..

went Sabai Sabai @ Soi Post Office for lunch liao.. ordered Tomyum seafood, phad thai, squid salad, tenderloin steak which tasted like hamburger 300baht.. spent 620baht..

weather is damn hot.. phew.. went new mall, Banana Walk.. mostly r sellg food.. Jungceylon, a real big shopping mall in Patong..

walked one round n off we head for massage! Let's Relax and Spa~ went for 2hrs Hot herb massage.. had some funny moments thou..esp when my cracking bone sounds starts to be heard.. haa.. was a gd Thai experience..

walked bk to Jungceylon wif few rounds again.. but wif Big C inside, we bgt titbits..

went No.6 restaurant.. crowded.. thinkg to go the hill outlet since the lorry already there for boarding.. but in e end stay here as gt space le~ ordered tom yum goong, green curry chix, squid with sweet garlic, one rice.. and added phad thai last min.. indeed full! 550baht! cheaper than lunch,thanks to overcook tenderloin..
