went for a complimentary lunch by NS at il Lido located at Sentosa~.. soo far..
paid for $4 for express train for sentosa entry, alighted at Beach Station and took Bus 3.. alighted at Sentosa Golf Club.. tada~ the scenery is indeed nice~ but weather too hot to sit outside.. so enjoy cool air for dining...
Here's the menu.. was kinda confused when looking at it.. need to use fingers to block out the section.. but at least both of us no need to order the same dish, get to try more dishes! :)
1) Amuse Bouche.. a cup of Porcini Mushroom Soup.. tasted like foam..so soft and with nutmeg taste.. niceee
2) Complimentary Bread with olive vinegar.. bread was kinda hard to tear apart..
3) Complimentary Squid Ball
3) 2nd course: Parma Ham with Artisan Burrata.. indeed special.. rockets were at the bottom of parma ham..
3) 2nd course: Cream of Asparagus with Truffle.. it looks so green, yet so nice.. when tasted the cream with and without truffle is actually different taste.. i like~

4) 3rd course: Pumpkin Tortelli with Truffle Bagna Cauda.. nt tat sweet thou is pumpkin.. nt bad
5) 3rd course: Tagliolini with Crab, Amalfi Lemon and Tarragon... din really suit us
6) 4th course: Chicken, Goose Liver and Parma Ham Roll with Tarragon Sauce.. this is unique and looks like a small island when top view.. when viewing, it seems like the chix meat is hard.. but no, is quite tender and nicee.. and the veg shape (unsure if is califlower or brocoli) looks like top shell.. Yums!
7) 4th course: Bone Marrow Crusted Angus Beef Tenderloin, Heirloom carrots... this one.. nt tat fancy as it looks.. can be more tender..
8) 5th course: dessert time~ Roasted Strawberries with Vanilla & Yogurt Semifreddo.. actually at this stage, both of us already started to get full.. this one.. nt really our type.. din finish it
9) 6th course: Hazelnut Coulant with Spiced Chocolate Gelato.. this one is our type.. haha..
10) Coffee and Tea with Complimentary dessert.. mini chocolate cake and yuzu / critus sponge cake?

Yes, we were here Sentosa as at Feb 2015!
Overall, the meal is delicious and 2nd fine dining experience that make us both feel super full~! so super worthy for lunch.. and since is complimentary of $100.. i assume $50 per pax for this portion.. *thumb up*
