Bijin Nabe 美人锅 @ Westgate

Based on the long queue experience in PS, we went Westgate for Bijin Nabe 美人锅 at 5pm.. thought will have long queue, but to our surprise, theres no queue at all! and still have seats available.. it was just 5pm, seem to be too early for dinner.. Plus theres no reservation, if we wanna have later dinner, have to sit at the waiting area and wait.. was bit waste of time.. so we just go for it.. at least we get to sit inside with aircon.. 

Is our first time eating here.. There's waitress explaining to us abt their menu.. $25 per pax with fixed ingredients and one free refill of collagen soup.. What is special about Bijin Nabe is their Super Rich in Collagen Chicken stock.. 

Their standard menu ($25 per pax).. minimum 2 pax for this menu.. Choice of item 9 Ramen is Thick mochi mochi noodles for us..

Tade~ the super rich in collagen chix stock soup! is just like almond jelly! took a chopstick dip to it and tasted.. is really rich in the chicken stock taste!.. all the 精华 inside.. haha

it starts to melt~~ there's already have 4 pieces of chicken meat parts inside.. waited ard 15-20mins for the collagen to melt complete..

We were asked to have the first scoop of the chicken soup before the ingredients were put into the soup.. fabulous taste~ thick and rich taste

One side dish we ordered: Nikumaki Onigiri with Yuzu pepper and Mayo ($3.80).. bite-sized rice ball wrapped with pork and served with a special soy sauce..

Best served with the veg.. is v nice! MUST try~

We tot hw can we be full with just soup and vegetables and one onigiri~? we were wrong.. the last item, noodles is the killer.. it really make us damn full.. haa.. wanna try another side dish also canot..

Overall, not bad.. the soup is really good.. worth trying!
