gona spend this long wkend in Bangkok.. can only say heng to get promo price from Jetstar for this wkend... only $200 return trip~ :D 7+am flight, reached there ard 9am bkk time.. this time will not taking any cab, airport cityline n bts will b our transport~ this trip will b stayg at Ibis Bangkok Siam Hotel booked from Agoda. travelled frm airport to Phaya Thai cityline 25mins @ 45baht.. den chg frm Phaya Thai to Siam to National Stadium BTS.. whole journey took ard 1 hr... also bgt Rabbit storage value card (min. 200 baht, refundable 50baht) and is only used for BTS transport..

din expect the hotel is just beside the BTS staircase.. BTS in Bkk, only escalator for going upwards, staircase for downwards, so need carry luggage all e way dwn.. happy tt we r able to check in at 10+ am~ bathing area is nt big n no toothbrush/toothpaste are provided.. settled dwn and need rush for our lunch appt..

Booked our lunch at SomBoon Seafood 建興酒家, located at Chamburi Sq Building, near SamYan MRT.. only branch that serves lunch.. and reservation can b made online thru their website.. ordered their famous fried curry crab @ thb320 (s), morning glory @ thb120, marinated raw shrimp @ thb160, roasted fresh water prawns with glass noodles in hotpot @ thb280..

Terminal 21 for our squid!! thb50~ we took the price has increased, but chk my blog, still same.. phew,,, but nt tt shiok as last yr's,, walked ard T21,, n had mango sticky rice (thb35) at their foodhall.. n he saw Stuart minion~ he is gian... but nt for me.. sad.. was still early n both were tired due to early flight.. went bk n had a rest b4 go for our mookata dinner..

took BTS to Victory Monument station.. walk towards Century The Movie Plaza, walk ard 1 min and will reach the cheap cheap Mookata Pla Thong BBQ Buffet @ thb139!! this price EXcludes drinks~ a bottle of coke ard thb60, small bucket of ice ard thb25.. the place is big, food variety is more than expected for this price.. at least all meat are marinated.. fats is the must to replace oil for mookata, thanks to joey for her info, my first mookata experience.. ate 2 hrs n cmi le.. n only spent thb388 for 2.. great full deal~
