will be my first time tking Asiana Airlines to Korea.. din expect we really gng korea this yr, thou we did plan b4.. and was our first time taking tour package.. so was kinda blur? but at least save time to plan everyting as really bit last min book.. we booked thru Asia Global Vacation by Chan Brothers.. package was ard 2.1k and inclusive of Jeju island also, plus FREE full rental of ski equipment which is impt for us, as we heard tat rental can be up to $100sgd.. so this was the one for us.. so far, everything was gd.. at least no troublesome tour mates.. :)
tking 11pm night flight there, reached there will be ard 6am ba? Asiana flight nt bad, at least gt entertainment and most of the drinks/food are free.. juz tat only gt 2 choices..
heard frm tour guide tat morn is -11deg outside nw.. so when reached korea, our thick thick jkt/gloves/scarf muz be ready to show face.. and indeed~ wah, cool~.. smoke coming out frm mouth whenever we tok.. is so cool~.. but damn cold.. gloves is a muz! cos fingers will freeze in pain..
1st stop is to go Cheongwadae Sarangchae (Exhibition and Museum).. tats my first experience walking in such a cold weather.. after tat go to GyeongBoGung Palace (景福宫), juz to see the palace from the past.. and din go in also, juz see the outer.. nth much..
den go for our 1st korea lunch.. Ginseng Chix Soup.. hmm, quite bland leh. need ownself add salt..
after tat go to Sinchon Shopping area b4 heading to Gimpo airport to JeJu island~
reached Jeju island ard 5+pm.. was v grey cloudy weather tat time.. went to see sightseeing liao.. to Dragon Head Rock (Yongdu Am).. natural rock tat looks like a dragon head facing the sea..weather was bad, pic ended up dark dark. and cold~
1st dinner in korea is.. many side dishes and their fav fish and pork.. most of the side dishes will include kimchi (for sure), beanspouts, radish, seaweed)..
tonite will be stayg in Jeju Vegas & Casino hotel..
