7days 6 nites 西安之旅 - 2nd Day

630am wakie.7am go brkfast at Hotel.took some pics outside the hotel.. terrible, so crowded~


830 set off to 临潼 to see 世界第八奇迹 - 秦始皇兵马俑 Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum..need to sit their Electric-car for 5rmb..we gona visit total of 3 pits of 兵马俑. 1st we visited the introduction area 1st. Welcome us are the 2 giant marionettes which performed in 2008 Olympic Games before..


Next will be the real thing~ the biggest pit currently.. it has more than 6000 pottery warriors and horses in tat big pit. is really impressive~ din expect is tat big also..thou did seen on tv.


nice.some are headless, some with no hands.from tour guide information, when these warriors are discovered,nt all are completed..nvr hv a completed statue.. and every warrior has their personal information craved under the sole there.. waa.. which means really hv the person..hmmm~ sound scary..next go to 3rd pit,is small one..2nd one is not completed yet..stil digging in process..


at the same place, reached jade selling place..saleger told us hw to buy.1st is to rub against 2 jades.the friction sound will be diff,softer..after rubbing,no smell and no leftover dirt..went see short movie on 兵马俑..

end of 兵马俑 le.. lunch time, tried their famous 裤带面 (which tasted like ban mian with shape of a belt) and 羊肉泡馍 (tasted like handmade cubes, bit hard).. Went 秦皇陵 to see his tomb, thou is covered..need to climb ard 200plus stairs..phew..went up is a big place.but tomb is juz below e place.so erm,din really see things there..


next gng to 华清池..a place where we can see how the imperial pools looked like..eg, 杨贵妃's Emperor 玄宗 of Tang Dynasty,etc.. and a visit of 蒋介石 Chiang Kaishek's Five-Room House and Field Headquarters.. and even showed the bullet hole on the building..even hv a free springs wash~.. haa..


spent ard 2 hrs journey to 华山..will be staying at 华山景苑酒店..waa, toilet is open concept.but stil ok. can only bathe with hot water from 6 to 12..start resting at ard 4plus.630 dinner.nth outside.after dinner, went outside breathe some fresh air..and bk to room le..early rest for today.oh ya.today is cloudy day.hope can last til tml.lalaa.
