AMBU Teambuilding (1st day)

woo.. my 1st teambuilding soo far..haha.. went to HomeTeam Sembawang for 2 days teambuilding.. long rite? hee.. cos due to the dragonboat which held on the 2nd day.. haiz.. tat goes our saturday~.. meet at company at 815am..well, i'm late..cos bus late.. wahaha.. and glad tat many of them wearing shorts..haha.. imagine the security officers saw y so many pple wearing shorts to work? hee..

wah.. tat place is like a resort like tat.. maybe some of u noe wheres this place ba? kinda nice place.. juz thinkg hws the room? wheres the toilet? hmm~.. went to one room where everyone will be divided into their own team.. 6 team in total.. in my team.. 1/2 i noe who are they la..but dun really noe them... another half..attached to delta house.. so..knowing new pple~.. and.. here we intro ourselves.. and set our team goals.. as usual for all teambuilding.. haha.. brainstorming.. haiz.. hahaa.. after tat, set off to outside, and were asked to write down ur own strengths and weaknesses.. everyone has a chance of few minutes to walk ard and noe each other and their strengths and weaknesses.. then after tat, name each of us one number.. and one number of each team will have to guess.. who has THIS strength.. hehe..

then after tat, 2 teams combined and formed one circle,hand-in-hand.. then with loop to go one round without using our hands..hee..gers and guys take turn to close eyes and let ur partners to do it..haha.. heng when its my turn, its guys' turn to closeee~.. =P haha.. then next game is to throw ball ball over to the person right in front of u.. and when practicing..wah.. balls flying all over~.. and one flying chix!!..haha.. everyone was surprised abt this flying chix..and somemore gt sound come out..haha.. then after tat, passing the ball and have to go thru everyone within secs..hee..this one i played b4.. =X then..centipede walk? haha.. everyone in the team has to 'sit' on the person behind's lap and walked in front as one team..hehe.. tat one..leg damn suan sia..hoho~..

Next.. all FINALLY went back to the aircon room~.. but this time..nt to sit, but to stand on the hair..with shoes OFF!.. wahh.. nt tat MANY chairs lor..haha.. and 2 teams, which is ard 24 pple? have to stand on duno hw many chairs.. and guess wat.. have to line up according to irthday..without coming down from the chair.. wahh..tats hard..when big size pple have to go pass us..gonna fall sia..haha..have to grab the pple who standing beside me.. haha.. wan ling esp..cos both of us like gonna fall..haha.. Next.. LUNCH!!!.. and chk-in~.. the room~... is more than wat i expected.. has its own toilet.. is juz like hotel wor.. hoho~.. tats reallly nicee!!.. din expect tat great..hehe.. gd gd.. =D

gathered again..for next round of activities.. 4 stations to go..1st one is tat all members have to stand on the mat..and think of a way to flip it to another side without any members stepping out of the map.. tat one..kinda take a time to solve it..hehe.. 2nd one..human entanglement.. tot wats the game when the leader asked us to form one circle, close up..and use right hand to hold the person in front's right hand.. woo.. our hands.. are locked..heat getting higher and higher.. haha.. and wat we have to do nw.. is to untangle it!!!.. wah..hw to wor..haha.. solving slowly.. and cross here and there.. tats fun actually.. din play this b4.. and thinkg if untangle, really can form one circle mah? well, its my 1st time playing this mah.. hee.. finally,when one corner has untangled, nth is impossible..and yeah.. a circle is formed.. tats amazing.. haa.. 3rd one.. Spider Web.. think all teambuilding or watever camp activites,sure will play this ba..haha.. as the youngest and lightest member of the team..i was asked to CARRY across the highest pt of the web..its really high.. higher than our tallest member of the team..(tallest guy of our unit).. tats scary~..but no choice rite? have to try also..trust them..hehe.. okie..lets do it~.. haha.. woo.. i was like..helpless lor.. and i duno wat to do like tat..haha.. when they moved me over.. nth to grap..and everyone is MO-ing me.. wahaha..OMG!.. haha.. fnally grap the top holder? (played under one small shelter).. b4 i was carried over, they have noticed tat theres a nail on top le, i have to be careful~..BUT..when the moment i was in the air, din realise tat..maybe is the moment when i was abt to drop to the ground? hmm.. juz noe tat when i have landed, everyone said.. i nearly touched the nail.. wahh..tats scary!..hehe.. make me sound like i'm a little ger.. hoho~.. =X i still look young, though getting old le.. =P Lastly is.... ah..still haven finish.. and we have to wait for them to finish.. sian wor.. and.. waited until too long tat.. we played extra game~.. haiz..haha.. sian wor.. extra game..Monster.. we, in a team, have to come out with wat the leader asked for.. for eg, 3 (1/2) butts, 8 legs, 4 arms..haha.. tats stress~.. esp the one doing the 1/2 butt one.. without any arms resting on the ground.. phewww~.. Lastly finally, the secret path~.. we have to guess wats the path will be like..and every member has to use this path to cross to another side.. kinda fun la..but rules.. A LOT!.. $50 off for each rule.. nt REAL dollars..no worries.. everyone helping to memorise wats the step..and shouted out when one member went up and find the secret path.. tea break timeeeeee...

next will be the more fun one.. 6 stations this time.. and we have to find wheres the station are~... our 1st station is balloon~.. we have to blow balloons and walked along the 'path' without touching the balloon~.. then go back the 'path' in pairs with ballon inbetween our back and BURST it!.. haha.. tats really funny.. u think is easy to burst rite? actually..NO~.. no no no~.. its damn hard..haha.. me and partner (Adrian)..tried to force each other to burst but hard.. even i nearly on top..haha.. then duno wat happen, BOMB!.. burst.. and no pain..haha.. tats nice.. damn funny lor.. hoho~.. and when lookg at pple doing tat, really cute..tat guy really on top liao.. big size somemore wor..and yet not burst.. tats really frustating... 2nd station.. POLE and hula hoop 呼啦圈.. we have to think of a way to remove the hula hoop from the pole without touching it.. tat pole is very TALL lor.. our strong man (Brandon) volunteered to carry our tall man up.. and we gers.. supported the tall pole.. and yeah..we did it~.. and our strong man sweated like mad~.. 辛苦你了! 打不死 打不败 and nw the leader wants us to put back the pole, but this time, diff person to do it.. no choice.. next batch has to take over..have to let our strong man rest.. nw.. 2 strong mans (Marcus and Kim Chuan) with support.. and another tall guy (Aaron) did it again.. clapped for them~.. 3rd station.. is the hottest station..haha.. cos all of us..gathered ard and tried to do puzzle~.. no pics for us also..but after trial and error, we finally did it.. and..wahh.. fresh air is REQUIRED!!.. 4th station..members have to stand on 5 boards (acts as raft), and we have to move to another stop.. which is..ard.. 3-5 FOOT steps away..without unattached to one another..and our puzzle has to be in good condition.. but for this one.. no worries.. juz tat kinda stuffy when stuck in the middle.. hoho~.. =P all tall and hot la.. haha.. no airr~.. HEHE.. 5th station.. is the rope.. same thing.. have to think one way to get the rope to our side, and each of us has to SWING to another side..hehe.. long legs guy went 1st..and there to catch each of us..but if one failed, all have to re-do again~.. sobs..but..only failed once.. which is very good..hehe.. 6th station, the last~ which is the slowest and longest onee.. y all the last one the slowest one leh.. when we reached, one team has been waitg liao.. and fastest become the slowest liao~!.. haizzz.. wasted timee... everyone has to be on 1 board..and to another with the help of 'bridge'.. but at least 6 pple on 1 board, then can move to the next board.. wah.. imagine 6 pple have to squeeue on the small board.. tats terrible..haha.. everyone was like hugging each other.. pengz.. and ahh here and there..hoho~.. and tat leader was noisy..and keep shhh shhh the 'bridge' if dropped on the ground.. funniest is the last part? when 2 big size members are on the same board..and the smallest size (which is me) has reached the safe zone.. and one member (Wan Ling) shouted..the small one canot gooo~.. too bad leh.. haha.. really hor..one of the big one..shld go 1st.. din think of tat..but no worries.. we still made it~.. and finally!.. REST TIME!!!!!.. phew.. end of the activities liao~.. will be having BBQ dinner...

went back to the room..and took one quick bathe..too sticky liao.. then rested awhile.. and went down for BBQ~.. then realised..other pple are waitg for us for ktv..oops.. din noe they waitg for us ah..they din say.. tat adrian huh~.. in the end no go.. nvm lor..we go with them.. din really eat much for dinner.. then set off with joey, doris, shumin, joseph, ken and alan le.. used my voucher and member card.. sang for ard 4 hrs.. in the end, everyone was too tired liao..hehe.. energy has been used up a lot today le..hoho~..tats my 1st day of teambuilding.. haha.a. too long and toooo detailed liao.. =P dun read lor.. hoho~.. =P juz to inform u that u have read up.. 1,633 words!!
